How to request a cancellation

To cancel an order, email info@venus-vintage.com with your order number, name, and reason for cancellation as soon as possible.

Eligibility

  • Orders can be cancelled only if the request is received before the order has shipped.
  • Once an order is marked Shipped (or a shipping label/tracking has been created), it can no longer be cancelled. You may be eligible to return the item under our Return Policy after delivery (if applicable).
Timing & best efforts
 We process orders quickly. Sending a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation; we will confirm by email if we’re able to stop fulfillment in time.

Refunds

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method for the item(s) and applicable taxes.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable once an order has shipped.
  • Please allow your bank/card issuer 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Order Edits
 If you need to update your shipping address or make a minor change, email us at info@venus-vintage.com right away—if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.
We may cancel
 Venus Vintage reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or policy violations. You’ll be notified and refunded promptly if this occurs.

Returns Policy – Venus Vintage

At Venus Vintage, we take great care in curating, describing, and preparing each piece with love and intention. Because our items are vintage and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before making a purchase to ensure you’re confident in your selection.
 All Sales Final
All vintage jewelry and spiritual service purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy helps us preserve the integrity of each piece and ensures fairness to all customers.

Exceptions

While we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues, we will always make it right in the rare event of:
  • Damage during shipping
  • Receipt of the wrong item
  • Significant misrepresentation of the item in our listing
If your order qualifies for an exception, please contact us at info@venus-vintage.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue so we can assist promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We ship all packages with tracking and insurance. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If needed, we’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
Please note: Once an item is marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Consider requesting signature confirmation for high-value purchases.

Sizing & Fit

Because vintage sizing may vary, we provide detailed measurements in each listing. We recommend comparing these to your own jewelry or visiting a local jeweler to confirm fit before purchase. We do not offer ring resizing or alterations.

Condition & Wear

All pieces are pre-loved and may show gentle signs of age. We do our best to describe the condition accurately and photograph all notable details. If you have questions about any item before purchasing, we’re happy to help.
