How do I book a reading? Readings can be booked directly through our website. Once you select your service and check out, you’ll receive a follow-up email to confirm details and scheduling.

What information do I need to provide for an astrology session? Your birth date, time, and place are required for accurate chart interpretation. Please double-check your information before submitting.

Are astrology readings confidential? Yes, all sessions are private and your personal information is kept secure and confidential.

Do you offer live or written/recorded readings? You can choose between a live Zoom session or a written reading, based on your preference. *Please note that written readings are only available for specific types of readings and will be clearly notated in the description.

How are written tarot readings delivered? Written tarot readings are typically sent via email in PDF format with images of the spread and an intuitive written interpretation.

Can I ask specific questions during a tarot reading? Absolutely. You can submit questions ahead of time or focus areas you’d like explored.

Are these services meant to replace professional advice? No. These readings are for personal insight and spiritual growth and are not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice.

Do you offer refunds for spiritual readings? Due to the time and energy involved, all readings are non-refundable. If you’re dissatisfied, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What is energetic clearing or spiritual cleansing of jewelry? It’s the practice of removing energetic imprints or memories from a piece using ritual tools such as smoke, sound, salt, pendulums and/or moonlight, restoring the item to a neutral or positive frequency, ready to embrace its new journey with its new owner. 

Why should vintage jewelry be energetically cleared? Vintage items carry energy from their previous owners and environments. Clearing helps reset the piece so it’s fully yours and ready to work with your energy.

How do you energetically cleanse the jewelry you sell? All pieces are cleared with intention using gentle, non-damaging metaphysical techniques before being shipped to you.

Can I request a custom clearing ritual for my purchase? Yes, custom energetic intentions or blessings can be added—just leave a note at checkout or email us after your order.

Do you offer energy clearing for jewelry I already own? Yes, we offer custom clearing services remotely, you can submit a photo of your piece(s) that you would like to be cleared. This service is also available for other non-jewelry inanimate objects as well. Contact us for rates and instructions.

💍 Vintage Jewelry Sales

Are all items on your site authentic vintage? Yes, each piece is vintage or antique and carefully sourced for quality, uniqueness, and story.

Do you offer appraisals? No, we do not offer appraisals at this time. 

How do you source your vintage jewelry? We find treasures through estate sales, private collections, and trusted vintage suppliers across the U.S.

What condition should I expect from vintage pieces? All items show light signs of age or wear. Any notable flaws are disclosed in the product description.

Do you resize rings or customize pieces? We don’t currently offer resizing, but if you’re in the Nashville, Tennessee area we’re happy to recommend a local jeweler who does.

What is your return policy on vintage items? All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly misrepresented. Please read listings carefully and contact us with questions before purchasing.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging? Yes, each piece comes in beautiful, reusable packaging. Gift options can be added at checkout.

Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin? The majority of our pieces are made of solid gold, all materials will be detailed in the item description. 

Do you offer layaway or payment plans? We currently offer Shop Pay Installments (or Afterpay, depending on your region) at checkout for eligible orders.

How is shipping calculated, and do you ship internationally? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Currently, we offer shipping only within the United States. If you are an international customer, please contact us directly to see if we can make a special arrangement for you.
