SHIPPING POLICY

At Venus Vintage, we carefully prepare and package each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Please review the following shipping and handling details before placing your order: 

 Handling Time 

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only) 

We currently ship within the United States only. All packages are sent via USPS, UPS or FEDEX with tracking and insurance included. 

Shipping times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. 

Delivery Insurance & Signature 

All shipments include insurance for the full purchase value. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll assist in filing a claim. 

For high-value items, you may request signature confirmation at checkout. If you're concerned about package security, please consider shipping to a secure location. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with neighbors or your local post office, FedEx or UPS location if a delivery issue arises. 

If your item is shown as delivered but missing, contact us and we will guide you through the claims process with the carrier. 

Gift Orders & Packaging 

All jewelry is shipped in secure, reusable packaging and arrives ready to gift. If you're sending a gift, you may leave a note at checkout and we’ll include it in the package.
